Prithviraj Sukumaran and Basil Joseph starrer ‘Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil’ Goes on Floors

On Friday, the makers of Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil, starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Basil Joseph, kickstarted the film’s shooting with a pooja at the Guruvayur temple. The film is helmed by Vipin Das of Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey fame. It is said to be a full-length comedy centred around a wedding in Guruvayur and the chaos that ensues.

Prithviraj Sukumaran took to social media to announce the same. Sharing pictures of the crew, the actor wrote, “#GuruvayoorAmbalanadayil starts rolling from today!🙂❤️🙏” The film is bankrolled by Prithviraj Productions and E4 Entertainment.

While Deepu Pradeep has scripted the story, the film co-stars Nikhila Vimal, Anaswara Rajan and Yogi Babu. It marks Basil Joseph’s second collaboration with Vipin Das after Jaya Jaya Hey. Ankit Menon will compose the music and John Kutty will handle the editing.
