Kunal Kemmu: "Kanjoos Makhichoos will appeal to families because of its relatability and simplicity"

Kunal Kemmu will next be seen in Vipul Mehta’s Kanjoos Makhichoos – a comedy family drama revolving around the life of a miser. Also starring are actors Shweta Tripathi, Piyush Mishra, Alka Amin and Raju Srivastava – marking the late comedian’s last film.
Kemmu shares that the film has a character that would be relatable to each member of the family and this sets it apart from most films and shows streaming on OTT. “People my age will relate to Jamnaprasad’s character and parents will relate to Piyush ji, Alka ji’s characters who play my parents. The relationship dynamics and simplicity which our director Vipul has captured is the key highlight which sets the film apart,” said the actor.
Kanjoos Makhichoos will stream on Zee5 on March 24.
