Kamal Haasan-H Vinoth Project Officially Announced

While speculations were rife that Kamal Haasan will be teaming up with filmmaker H Vinoth for his next, the makers officially announced the project on Tuesday. The film, tentatively titled KH 233, will be produced by Kamal Haasan and R Mahendran through Raaj Kamal Films International. Vinoth, best known for directing Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru (2017), Valimai (2022), and Thunivu (2023), is also the writer of the film.

With the caption 'Rise to rule', the announcement video presents an artwork of Kamal Haasan holding a torch as he seems to be surrounded by people. Earlier reports claimed that the film will deal with a social issue, and it looks like we will have to wait a bit longer to know more about the film. The film's primary cast and crew are also currently under wraps. Further details related to the project are expected to be announced shortly.

His next release will be Indian 2, directed by Shankar. He will also be seen Nag Ashwin's Project K, set for a January 2024 release. Post this film, Kamal will be reuniting with Mani Ratnam for a film the iconic Nayagan (1987).
