PS-2, the much-awaited sequel of Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan 1 is almost here, and the promotions for the film have been going on in full swing. In a recently released making video of the magnum opus, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan opened up about how she envisioned Nandini's character. "Right from the time that Mani sir was narrating his vision to me, I feel l just lost myself in that vision, and that's exactly how I saw Nandini," said Rai Bachchan, who plays the conniving princess plotting the downfall of the Chola kingdom in the universe of PS.
"We all start filming way before sunrise, and we might go on till sunset, but so much work gets done in that time, and everybody brings energy to the table," she added about the work that went behind the sets.
The sequel, which co-stars Vikram, Trisha, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Jayaram, Aishwarya Lekshmi and Prakash Raj among others, will be out in theatres on April 28.
