Hrithik Roshan said during a group media interaction that the number of films he does in a year depends on the kind of writing that comes his way. The actor also described Pushkar and Gayatri, directors of Vikram Vedha, as incredible, riveting and the best minds he has come across in a long time. He said that if he was offered scripts with writing like theirs, he would be ready to do four to five films a year.

Roshan said he chooses scripts by instinct, evaluating them by how impactful a script feels. In that sense, he is in the hands of writers and directors, the actor said during the interaction.

Roshan and Saif Ali Khan are the stars of the upcoming film, Vikram Vedha which is a remake of the 2017 Tamil original by the same name (also directed by Pushkar and Gayatri). Roshan plays the gangster (Vedha) while Khan plays the cop (Vikram).
