Fahadh Faasil’s Eyes Do All The Talking in The First Look of Dhoomam

Fahadh Faasil's upcoming film Dhoomam is a psychological thriller. The makers released the first look poster of the film, captioned: ‘There is no smoke without fire, here is the first spark’.

The poster shows Fahadh’s character having his mouth shut by tape and also features the characters essayed by Aparna Balamurali, Roshan Mathew and Vineeth Radhakrishnan. The poster design also has an interesting style, combining a horizontally oriented image with vertical typography.

Dhoomam is written and directed by Pawan Kumar of Lucia (2013) and U Turn (2018) fame. This is the Kannada director’s debut Malayalam film. Also making their Malayalam cinema debut is Hombale Films, the production house behind the KGF series and Kantara.

While Kumar and Hombale Films were supposed to collaborate on the Puneeth Rajkumar starrer Dvitva, the actor’s untimely death put a hold on the project. Produced by Vijay Kiragandur, the technical crew of the film includes Poornachandra Tejaswi as the music director and Preetha Jayaraman as the cinematographer.
