Arya, Gautham Karthik Join Forces For Mr X

Actors Arya and Gautham Karthik are teaming up for a new action film titled Mr X. The film, which seems to be set in the world of espionage, will be directed by Manu Anand, who helmed the 2022 action thriller FIR, starring Vishnu Vishal in the lead role.

Mr X will be bankrolled by Prince Pictures, best known for producing the hit action drama Sardar, headlined by Karthi and directed by PS Mithran, last year. The announcement was made with a motion poster that teases the film's espionage setting, conflict (India being the target of a missile attack), various elements like hacking and weapons that are likely to drive the story forward, and the overall mood the makers are aiming for. 

The technical crew of the film includes music composer Dhibu Ninan Thomas, cinematographer Tanveer Mir, production designer Rajeevan and editor Prasanna GK.

In addition to Mr X, Arya has the highly awaited Sarpatta Parambarai 2 coming up under the direction of Pa Ranjith and Muthaiya's Kather Basha Endra Muthuramalingam. Guatham, on the other hand, was most recently seen in Pathu Thala and August 16 1947, and has Criminal co-starring Sarath Kumar in the pipeline.
