Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania

When: May 17

Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), his daughter Cassie (Kathryn Newton), his partner Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) and her parents Hank (Michael Douglas) and Janet (Michelle Pfeiffer) find themselves trapped in the subatomic quantum realm facing off against the evil conqueror Kang (Jonathan Majors).

American Born Chinese

A teenager finds himself unwittingly entangled in the battle between Chinese mythological gods. Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, the series stars Michelle Yeoh, Ke Huy Quan, Stephanie Hsu and Ben Wang.

Harriet The Spy Season 2

Based on the iconic children’s novel, the animated series stars actor Beanie Feldstein as Harriet, an adventurous 11-year-old girl. Jane Lynch voices her no-nonsense nanny.

City On Fire

When: May 12

When a student is shot in Central Park, there are no witnesses and very little physical evidence. The investigation into her murder reveals a connection to a series of mysterious citywide fires and the secrets burdening a wealthy uptown family. The eight-episode drama stars Wyatt Oleff, Chase Sui Wonders, Jemima Kirke, Nico Tortorella, Ashley Zukerman, Xavier Clyde.

Based on Jon J Muth’s award-winning kids’ book Zen Shorts, the show follows three siblings who face everyday challenges with the help of their neighbour, a wise panda.

A young girl with a hyperacute sense of smell must reckon with a violent past when her aunt returns after being incarcerated for years. The fantasy drama premiered at the Directors’ Fortnight at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival.

A sculptor (Alexandru Dabija) creates art inspired by sailors on the battleship Potemkin who were given political asylum in Romania in 1905. The Radu Jude short film premiered at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival

Shabash Feluda

Feluda (Parambrata Chatterjee) and Topshe (Rwitobroto Mukherjee) investigate the accidental death of the co-owner of a perfume factory in Gangtok.

The film follows a fourth-generation manual labour worker at a factory in the middle of Kolkata’s largest dump yard. It stars Aranya Gupta, Sayandeep Guha, Shombhunath De, Bitan Biswas and Sourav Nayak.

Homestay Murders
