Shinda Shinda No Papa (Punjabi)

A Canadian Punjabi family is frustrated with their mischievous son Shinda and the father decides to take him to India to discipline him. All hell breaks loose when the son gets to know about the true motive of the family’s trip to India. Gippy Grewal stars and produces the film.

A duo investigates the escape of a convict from prison and gets to know about his crime from a diary he has left behind. Based on a book named ‘Neenu Ninnolage Khaidi’, the film stars Mohan Bhagat, Supriya Satyanarayan, and Ravindra Vijay.

Maru Mann Taru Thayu (Gujarati)

The Boy and the Heron (Japanese, English)

Hayao Miyazaki’s Oscar-winning animated film follows the story of a teen named Mahito who meets a talking heron after he isolates himself from friends and family after losing his mother. Robert Pattinson and Florence Pugh voice the character in the English version.
