Srikanth actor Rajkummar Rao on Biopics: It's not just a responsibility, it's a duty

Rajkummar Rao is all set to play Srikanth Bolla in the biopic titled Srikanth. The actor has already been praised for adapting the mannerisms of the character and to bring in the authenticity to the character. Talking about working in a biopic, Rao had said, "Playing real-life characters is a huge responsibility. You want to do justice to their journey and their story. It's not just about mimicking their physical appearance; it's about understanding their emotions, their struggles, and their triumphs."

He further added, "If we hit it wrong, then there’s a big problem,” Srikanth, directed by Tushar Hiranandani, is scheduled to release on May 10. The film also stars Alaya F and Jyothika in prominent roles.
