With a new year comes new possibilities, talent, collaborations and shiny new releases for us to get lost in. February promises to start the year on a high, with a number of exciting streaming releases.

When: February 5th

Life In A Year

Jaden Smith and Cara Delavigne star as a couple who attempt to live out an entire lifetime in a year as they grapple with terminal illness. 

Drishyam 2

When: February 15th 

The highly anticipated sequel to one of the most celebrated Malayalam films of all time has Mohanlal return as the now-iconic George Kutty in this sequel written and directed by Jeethu Joseph.

The Souvenir

When: February 19th

Julie, a film student, falls in love with a charismatic man. However, when she realises that he is an emotionally unstable heroin addict, her life turns upside down.

The Broken Hearts Gallery

When: 24 February 2021

You can never have too many rom-coms in February I guess? Based on the book of the same name, this one stars Geraldine Viswanathan and Stranger Things' Dacre Montgomery and follows 20-year-old Lucy who decides to save a souvenir from every relationship she's ever been in.

Live Telecast

When: February 12th

Disney+ Hotstar continues its foray into Tamil originals with Live Telecast starring Kajal Agarwal. The series follows members of a TV crew who, while attempting to create a hit show, find themselves trapped in a haunted house.

1962: The War In The Hills

When: February 26th 

Abhay Deol stars in a Disney+ Hotstar's latest Hindi original series which follows the Sino-Indian War, where 126 Indians defended a strategic pass against 3,000 enemy soldiers.
