Mahaveeryar (Malayalam)

When: 21 July

Directed by Abrid Shine, Mahaveeryar stars Nivin Pauly in a monk avatar and traces a time-travel saga that intersperses a king's story and a courtroom drama.

Thank You (Telugu)

When: 22 July

Naga Chaitanya's Thank You is about a self-obsessed and successful businessman who has a past that completely changed him. Directed by Vikram K Kumar, the film has three female leads – Raashi Khanna, Malavika Nair and Avika Gor. 

Shamshera (Hindi)

When: 22 July

Shamshera is directed by Karan Malhotra and stars Ranbir Kapoor as Shamshera and Sanjay Dutt as Shudh Singh. Set in the fictional city of Kaza, Shamshera belongs to the warrior tribe that is imprisoned and tortured by general Shudh Singh. However, he decides to fight for the tribe's freedom and becomes their leader. 

Maha (Tamil)

When: 22 July

Directed by UR Jameel, Hansika Motwani's 50th film revolves around child kidnapping, narrating the struggles of a mother who tries to save her daughter. Srikanth plays an important role as a cop, and Silambarasan TR has done a cameo as Hansika's husband. 

Sahobashe (Bengali)

When: 22 July

Live-in partners Tushi (Ishaa) and Neel (Anubhav) do not have an easy life. Directed by Anjan Kanjilal, Sahobashe explores the problems the couple faces, including personal commitments, dealing with their parents, and distraction at work. 

Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank (English)

When: 22 July

What happens when a dog decides to save a village of cats? Hank (Michael Cera) plans to fight the villain (Ricky Gervais) who wants to wipe off the village. But the underdog has to team up with the villagers to do so. Will the dog become the hero of the cats? 

Dejavu (Tamil)

When: 22 July

When a writer's fictional tales start coming true, the city turns into a minefield of crimes. Arulnithi and Madhoo play police officers who try to figure out the mystery in this thriller directed by Arvindh Srinivasan. 

Darja (Telugu)

When: 22 July

In a cop-gangster narrative, ACP Paidipati Siva Sankar (Sunil) who investigates a murder, interferes and spoils the plans of Kanchu Kanakam (Anasuya Bharadwaj), the leader of crimes in Vaivaka. 

Malayankunju (Malayalam)

When: 22 July

Sajimon Prabhakar's directorial Malayankunju starring Fahadh Faasil is a survival thriller based on a real landslide that took place on the hills of Kerala. The film's USP is its music by AR Rahman and his return to Malayalam cinema after three decades. 

Sri Ranga (Kannada)

When: 22 July

When Sri Ranga's mother looks for a good match for him, he confesses liking two girls. What will happen next? Directed by Venkat Bharadwaj, the film stars Rachana Raj, Vandana Shetty, and Naveen Shinav. 

RK/Rkay (Hindi)

When: 22 July

Director RK (Rajat Kapoor) starts shooting for his new film in which he plays a character named Mahboob. But one day after shooting, Mahboob runs out of this film-within-the-film and enters the real world. This marks the beginning of a playful tale of magical realism. Screened at several international festivals, RK/Rkay also stars Mallika Sherawat, Kubbra Sait, and Ranvir Shorey in important roles. 

Raado (Gujarati)

Raado is an action-packed political thriller directed by Krishnadev Yagnik, starring Yash Soni and Hitu Kanodia. The action unfolds as powerful people with political influence, law enforcement officials and strong leaders of the crowd collide with one another. 

Kalingapatnam Jeeva (Telugu)

When: 22 July

Sameera is a medico in the village. When her friend Maya visits her, she goes missing. Will Jeeva (Rithwik Chillikeshala), a one-eyed guy who has a phobia of sharp objects, solve the mystery and find her?

Ananya (Marathi)

When: 22 July

Ananya featuring Hruta Durgule in the titular role is based on an award-winning Marathi play narrating the inspiring adventure of a young girl. The film is directed by Pratap Phad.

Meelo Okadu (Telugu)

When: 22 July

Sujatha works as a prostitute to take care of her son Niwas. However, she suddenly dies and a photographer named Surya Narayana (Suman) adopts him. As Niwas learns the ropes of photography, he uses it to fight the injustice done to his mother. Kuppili Srinivas who is the director of this film plays the role of Niwas.
