I think I’ve lived very anxiously and stressed in the past decade. I started very young and grew up on the internet. I started to make the distinction of How much of it is me and How much if it is my work, that is new.
It’s so easy to lose track of who you truly are. I think this year, Oh I’m in it. I love the person I am discovering. I’m really proud of myself this year.
Honestly for me, Big mouth, i don’t even know how to comprehend it. The kind of names attached to the show and to ant be a part of it at all, is something i wouldn’t even put on my vision board as you put things on your vision board that you think can be achieved.
I meditate, I read and I work out for my mental health. I’ve come to realise over the past few months that my physical health is very tied to my mental health and I usually feel better after a work-out. I’ve read over a 100 books this year and I’m proud of it.
Alot of Sowing the seeds. And I’m so used to instant gratification so I feel the wait has been killing me. I’ve been training alot this year and I’ve been learning alot. And Now i have to wait as I’ve spend so long prepping. I don’t Know what my dreams are anymore.
