The Truman Show (1998) 

This is a psychological comedy film, directed by Peter Weir. The story follows an insurance salesman who is unaware that his entire life is a TV show. But once he starts to uncover the truth, he decides to escape his life.

Solaris (1972) 

This is a science fiction drama directed by Andrei Tarkovsky. Conveying a twisted concept of reality, the crew of a space station is going insane under mysterious circumstances and Kelvin, a psychologist, is sent on a mission to find out the cause for this. 

Mother! (2017) 

This is a fantasy drama film written and directed by Darren Aronofsky. The story follows a poet and his wife who live in a run down house. When uninvited guests come barging in, the couple's life takes a shocking turn. 

Bulbbul (2020) 

This mystery film directed by Anvita Dutt is a very eerie story. It follows the journey of a child bride who grows into an enigmatic woman, ruling over her household. The woman hides her painful past, as reports of supernatural murders of men come up in the village.

Black Swan  (2010) 

This is a psychological thriller film directed by Darren Aronofsky. The story is of a passionate ballerina, Nina who is preparing for the most important performance of her life. Pushed over the edge by her artistic director and a controlling mother, Nina loses her grip on reality. 

Persona (1996) 

This is a psychological drama film written and directed by Ingmar Bergman. The story follows a nurse, Alma, who is given the responsibility of taking care of Elisabet, a stage actress. Alma struggles to make a non-verbal Elisabet speak while developing a unlikely relationship with her.

Trance (2020) 

This is a psychological thriller film is directed by Anwar Rasheed. It is the story of Viju, a motivational speaker, who is hired to be the face of a religious scam for which he undergoes rigorous training. As he gains power, he loses a sense of reality.
