Once Upon a Time in Anatolia (2011) 

This is a crime thriller film, co-written and directed by Nuri Bilge Ceylan. The story is based on the true experiences of one of the film's writers. The plot follows two brothers who confess to committing a murder and the town officials accompany them to look for the dead body in the middle of the night.

The Prestige (2006) 

This is a psychological thriller film written and directed by Christopher Nolan, based on the 1995 novel by Christopher Priest. The film follows two magicians who become bitter enemies after a sudden tragedy and fight to master the ultimate illusion while sacrificing everything they have. 

Cake (2018) 

This is a family drama film, directed by Asim Abbasi. The film follows a young woman, Zara, who comes back to Karachi as her father falls ill. Her sister, Zareen and the family deal with a lot of complications as buried secrets and suppressed emotions resurface.

This is a film written and directed by Devanshu Singh and Satyanshu Singh. The film tells the story of an Indian family stuck in Iraq, as they face the chaos of the US military invasions on their son's sixth birthday.

Moothon (2019) 

This is an action thriller film, written and directed by Geetu Mohandas. The film tells the story of a young Mulla, who sets off to Mumbai in search of Akbar, the elder brother who had left their home, after not being accepted by the community for his truth. 

Aligarh (2015) 

This is a biographical film directed by Hansal Mehta, about the true story of Ramchandra Siras, a professor of Marathi and the head of the Classical Modern Indian Languages Faculty at the famed Aligarh Muslim University, who was suspended on grounds of morality.

Killing Mad Dogs (2001) 

This is a drama film directed by Bahram Bayzai. The story follows a woman, Golrokh Kamali, who returns from a long absence and has to solve the case of her disappearing husband and his debts.
