The Girl in Yellow Boots (2011) 

This thriller mystery directed by Anurag Kashyap is about a girl who barely remembers her father but has a letter in which he had asked her to look for him. She comes to India to find him but faces many problems along the way. Ronit Roy plays the role of Dushyant Sharma in this film. 

Midnight's Children (2016) 

This film by Deepa Mehta is taken from the 1981 novel of the same title by Salman Rushdie. Two newborn babies are switched by a nurse in a Bombay hospital. Though Saleem and Shiva live the life meant for the other, their paths get linked to each other. Ronit Roy plays the role of Ahmed Sinai in the film. 

Kisna: The Warrior Poet (2005)

Directed by Soumendra Padhi, this film is the remake of Bad Genius (2017). After earning a scholarship into an elite school, an orphan genius gets involved in a cheating racket when some of her friends lure her into helping them for money. Ronit Roy plays the role of Irshat Kada in the film. 

Lucknow Central (2017) 

This action thriller directed by Ranjit Tiwari is about Kishen, an inmate in a Lucknow jail, who wants to be set free. When he finds out that a few prisoners have been asked to form a band, he sees it as his ticket to freedom. Ronit Roy plays the role of Raja Shrivastava in the film. 

Guddu Rangeela (2015) 

This comedy drama directed by Subhash Kapoor and Ishita Dave is the story of Guddu and Rangeela, who run a small-time orchestra by day and are informants for local gangs by night. The twist comes in when one day they plan to kidnap Baby, the village chief’s sister-in-law.

Ugly (2013)

This thriller mystery by Anurag Kashyap is the story of Rahul in search for his missing daughter, Kali. Soon, he and Bose, her stepfather who is also a policeman, begin to accuse each other of kidnapping her. Ronit Roy plays the role of Shaumik Bose in the film.
