Shiva Baby (2020) 

This comedy film is written and directed by Emma Seligman, in her feature directorial debut. The story follows Danielle, a young Jewish woman who attends a chaotic shiva with her parents, her ex-girlfriend and her sugar daddy with his wife and their screaming baby.

This film written and directed by Trey Edward Shults is his feature-length directorial debut, adapted from a short film version of the same story released in 2014. The film follows Krisha, who visits her family on Thanksgiving after ten years of being disconnected. Soon, the past and some secrets disturb them deeply.

This is a thriller film written and directed by Anurag Kashyap. The film is loosely based upon the 1978 short story "Quitters, Inc." by Stephen King. It is a surreal story of a man, K who embarks on a mysterious and risky journey to quit smoking. 

127 Hours (2010) 

This is a biographical survival drama film co-written and directed by Danny Boyle. The films tell the story of Aron Ralston, a canyoneer who escapes after he gets trapped under a boulder in an isolated slot canyon during April 2003.
